Bien, ahora continuamos con la receta del mes :P.
En este momento la estoy preparando así que no sabría decirles si queda rica o no, pero al menos el olorcito que está saliendo del horno es muy prometedor.
Ingredientes (4 personas):
1 pollo
2 morrones rojos
2 dientes de ajo
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
2 cebollas de verdeo
jugo de 1 limón
Sal y pimienta a gusto
Preparación:
Abrir y limpiar el pollo. Si quieren pueden cortarlo en presas para hornearlo, yo lo estoy horneando entero, solamente lo abri por la pechuga.
Poner el pollo en el horno, previamente salarlo pero no con mucha sal ya que el aderezo también lleva.
Mientras, licuar los morrones y el ajo con el aceite de oliva y el jugo de limón. Agregarle sal y pimienta a gusto.
Separar 1/3 de la mezcla a la que le van a agregar la cebolla de verdeo cortada en rodajas finitas.
Usar el resto de la mezcla para ir remojando el pollo a medida que se cocina, si queda muy espesa le pueden agregar un poco de agua. El tercio que quedó aparte se lo agregan durante los últimos minutos de cocción para que la cebolla alcance a cocinarse pero no se desintegre.
Para acompañar esto estoy preparando calabaza al natural.
